PunkTorah.org is both an organizational website and a publishing platform where bloggers have often used materials in commentary, parody, education or journalism, or transform the materials into something original.
It is not our intention to use materials that are copyrighted and our website has made every reasonable effort to prevent this from happening. However, as we have had many contributors over nearly a decade, we are willing to review DMCA notices for potential, unintentional violations.
If you believe that material available on our site infringes on your copyright(s), please notify us by submitting a DMCA notice to questions@punktorah.org. After we receive your notice, we will follow up with you to ensure that it is a valid and complete notice. Afterwards, we will investigate your claim and remove the material.
Before submitting a DMCA notice, it’s important to consider whether the material used falls under fair use. If you are not sure whether material located on our site infringes on your copyright, or if it is subject to fair use protections, you should first consider seeking legal advice.
Sending messages with a threatening tone or seeking unsubstantiated financial claims will be considered trolling and ignored.
