Spiced Gefilte Fish

Start by mixing chopped onion, sliced carrots and chopped celery. Place Gefilte fish on the mix and add capers, Kosher salt, dill, parsley, all spice, celery seed, thyme, and fresh black pepper. Add water, cover, and bake at 350 for 2 and 1/2 hours.
