Hibiscus Rose Tea “Punch”

June 19, 2010 by newkosher

This sweet tea is like an adult Hawaiian Punch. The bright red hibiscus and the pearls make an awesome, fruity drink that is a great substitute for corn syrup in a jug.

3 Bags Hibiscus Tea
3 TBSP Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl Green Tea (from Teavana)
6 TBSP Raw Sugar
6 TBSP Rose Water
Pinch Fresh Grated Ginger

Mix together and steep in a french press for two minutes. Press and pour in a pitcher of ice. Garnish with fresh mint and a twist of lemon.
