Brown ground beef, add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, minced dry onion, parsley, course black pepper and jarred marinara sauce. Stir and add a cup of cooked rice and then stuff the peppers. Cook at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
