Our flagship project, the PunkTorah blog is a newsmagazine featuring the cutting edge in independent Jewish spirituality and culture. PunkTorah.org includes articles, podcasts, PunkTorah TV and news from our many other initiatives. The PunkTorah blog also includes our wildly successful social media network with Facebook and Twitter.
OneShul is the world’s only online, lay led synagogue. Broadcasting live, interactive classes, prayer services and holiday events, OneShul is radically transforming independent minyanim and chavrutah with video streaming technology. OneShul also features a user submitted Jewish library (which we lovingly call our ‘indie yeshiva’) and a virtual prayer wall for yahrzeit and misheberach.
Sponsored by the Jewish New Media Innovation Fund, The G-d Project is a video website featuring interviews with diverse Jews about God, spirituality and community. An evolving web documentary, The G-d Project will soon feature a DVD, teacher resource guide and book (coming Spring 2012).
What’s Jewish without food? NewKosher takes the complicated, ancient laws of Kashrut and makes them accessible to people who are interested in learning about the laws of kosher, but in an easy to understand and more modern approach. Recipes, tips and tricks, and a weekly food inspired d’var called Edible Torah makes kosher food taste so much better!
PunkTorah Publishing
PunkTorah has published six ebooks (including two siddurim) as well as a Kabbalistic meditation album. PunkTorah Publishing will soon release Genesis: The OneShul Commentary as well as the first PunkTorah Anthology (late December, 2011).
